Guardian Troopers is an arcade robot action game. Players fight while riding in a large arcade machine designed like a cockpit. It has a common world setting, somewhat clumsy mecha design, overly complicated operation using two joysticks full of buttons and even foot pedals. To top it off, the missions are incredibly difficult; it's a parade of negative elements. Reviews were generally low, but I got hooked on this game. A salaryman nearing his thirties makes a comeback to arcades, I'll show these youngsters the power of an old man! But this game is a little strange; as I advance in the national tournament, strange things begin to happen around me...
