A gamer named Lu Long is suddenly reborn as a hungry Gible. He uses his determination and willpower to activate a cheat code and survive. Years later, he returns to his parents' homeland, Dragon Island, where he's destined for greatness. A giant Dragonite steps down from his throne, proclaiming Lu Long as the new king. The story follows Lu Long's journey from a weak Gible to a powerful, legendary Pokémon.
